I'm a food, culture and travel writer based in London.

I currently work as a Senior Editor at CNN, and have contributed to Monocle, Euronews and Table where I write predominantly features, essays, criticism and memoir.

My Substack, An Alphabet for (Modern) Gourmets, reimagines M.F.K. Fisher’s seminal 1949 essay series for a contemporary audience. Over the past two years, the project has grown to a readership of more than 4,000.

I have a B.A. from Leeds University, and was recently shortlisted for the British Library Food Stories Fellowship.
